The moderately rolling land is characterized by a Black Yorkton association loam texture soil. Highly productive hayland or grazing package, includes 395 acres seeded grass (seeded to alfalfa/brome/wheatgrass in 2016), 6 acres native grass, and 240 acres wetlands.
NOTE: This land is owned by Ducks Unlimited Canada and sold under their Revolving Land Program. As a condition of the sale, the Buyer must agree to grant Ducks Unlimited Canada a conservation easement on the land.
