These acres are comprised of a productive class 3, dark brown soil (Weyburn association) with a loam texture. Soil final rating on these acres is 48. Crop production yields on these acres has been >60 bu./ac wheat and >40 bu.ac canola. They are well farmed and considered to be in excellent condition. These acres are cross fenced from the remaining pasture/hay acres.

2. Hay/Grass & Pasture acres: This area encompasses 245 acres. Approximately 93 acres in this component are arable and have been seeded into grass production. They are currently utilized for grazing purposes. The property is bit hilly and stoney, however, the soil is productive. Water: There is a shared dugout located on the property line at the north end of the SE 31. It is predominately located on the adjacent landowner’s property. There are various natural sloughs located through out the property.

The grazing acres were not utilized in 2019 and are in prime condition for 2020.
